Yurin breed of dual purpose cattle from Ukraine. It is also known as Ukrainian: Yupinskaya, Yurinskaya.
The breed was formed under the influence of Tyrolean and then Swiss Brown on local Chuvash-Mari cattle for almost a century.

Features of Yurino reconditioning
Yurin cattle are medium-sized animals. They are brown or red with different shades. Their skin is loose, elastic with soft hair. Sometimes there are white markings on the underside of the trunk and on the legs.
They have a light but compact head and small horns. They have a large dewlap, a wide and regular neck.
The udder of Yurin cattle is medium sized, with equally developed quarters and well developed, widely spaced teats. The average live weight of cows is around 480-500 kg, although some cows reach around 700 kg.
And the bulls weigh on average around 650-700 kg, some bulls can weigh around 900 kg or more.

Yurinos is a dual-purpose animal. They are suitable for both meat and milk production.
Special Notes
Yurin cattle are very hardy and active animals. They are durable and disease resistant. Cows are good milk producers. And on average, they can produce around 5,000 to 6,000 kg of milk per lactation.
