Ringamal cattle are an ancient breed of cattle. It is a dairy cattle breed mainly used for milk production. The breed originated in Sweden and is mainly found in southern Sweden. He is known as Ringamalako in Swedish

The Ringamala breed of cattle originated in the village of Ringamala in Blekinge county in southern Sweden.

The breed is named after the village. And the animals are descended from Ayrshire and Swedish red cows. They have been kept isolated from other breeds of dairy cattle for many years.

Characteristics of ringamal cattle

Ringamala cattle are medium and large sized cattle. Most often they are reddish in color. But sometimes there are spotted animals. Bulls and cows have horns. And their horns are forward, curved and of medium size.
