The Carnot pigeon is a breed of domestic pigeon. It was developed over many years of selective breeding in northern France and southern Belgium.

Their head is wide and round starting at the braid above the eye and then gradually descending towards the back of the head.

They have a prominent frontal and well-developed posterior skull. Their beak is short, thick and of medium length. Their eyes are prominent, round and shiny, and the color varies depending on the color of the bird.
