The Roller Pigeon is a breed of domestic pigeon from the United Kingdom. He actually comes from Scotland and was bred over many years of selective breeding.
This breed and all other varieties of domestic pigeons are descendants of the Rock Dove.

The Parlor Roller Pigeon is a very active and hardy breed of domestic pigeon. These birds usually lose their ability to fly well once they reach maturity.
Although they are usually grouped together as flying/sporting pigeons by fanciers in the United States. Indeed, milking roller competitions are based almost exclusively on how far an animal has traveled on the ground, with the appearance of the animal being a minor factor.
